I find the staff very knowledgeable, pleasant and they try to match your needs without pushing services or products. I feel really comfortable there and I can be honest with them and myself. Although similar places have pleasant staff, it has never felt authentic. I have been a member at least two years and have enjoyed many of the services they offer. Some I continue, some I don't because something better has come along that they offer and introduce to me. I have never had any confusion about my membership and never found anyone to be unprofessional in any manner. I will continue to be a member and enjoy every time I visit.

Steph is the reason I drive across town to come to Vio! I love that I can come in and tell her to do whatever I need and I always leave feeling great and looking even better. I never look over injected, which is really important to me, the goal is aging gracefully. She’s a triple threat, smart, talented and pretty!

Stephanie was my injection RN for Botox and my first lip filler and she was amazing! Not only is the shape of my lips stunning, but she did an excellent job of educating me along the way. She checked in throughout the appointment on pain levels, and made sure I knew what options were available to keep me comfortable through the injection, which was such a thoughtful touch. Could not recommend her more! She and the front staff also made sure I was aware of the Alli promotions which was so thoughtful.
