I've received treatment from both UC Health and Penrose. I much prefer UC Health as they seem to be more thorough and comprehensive in accessing my medical history and prescribing subsequent treatment. And they are more friendly.

I have been to this infusion lab at Memorial Main off and on for 25 years, first with my mother, then my sister, and for myself.
Even with staff turnovers, the nurses and staff at this infusion facility have always been considerate, efficient, informative, kind, competent, and helpful towards each other and towards their patients. I never have anxiety when going as I know how pleasant and comforting the nurses at this facility are.

During my first chemo infusion I started having a reaction. My nurse Michelle calmly took action and the other nurses that got involved never made me feel that I should be concerned. They reassured me that it happens, they communicated with my oncology team, and corrected the situation. I was able to continue and complete my infusion a hour or so later with no further complications. I appreciated their kindness, knowledge, and professionalism; and look forward to having them on my team while fighting my cancer.

UC Health is the place I recommend to anybody with cancer. They have the best, newest, world renound doctors and treatment plans. I can't say anything bad about the other cancer treatment centers, but, this is my favorite. Believe me. This is my second round of treatment in 10 years. The doctors at UC health hematology and oncology are, in my opinion, some of the best in the world. I am a biochemist, and a doctor, so I think my opinion should carry some weight.

The nurses at the UCHEALTH Oncology Infusion Center at Memorial Main are literally the best nurses I have ever had. They are attentive to each patient as well as loving, courteous and respectful. They all seem to work together really well and help each other out. I drive in from Black Forest to the main location because I love each and every one of the nurses here. They are an amazing group of people!

I'm not a patient, but my mom is. She has to get 5-7 hour infusions three days every month. The staff in the outpatient infusion center is wonderful! My mom loves seeing them and they seem to have a great time at work. Keep it up!

Facility was extraordinarily clean and everyone seemed to be smiling, warm and inviting. They even tracked down a pencil for me for me to draw during the infusion. Sadly however after my appointment was finished no one directed me where to go after knowing I got lost in the hospital for a good 20 minutes trying to find my way to them and I got really lost again trying to leave. My iron being so low and not getting oxygen to my brain makes it hard to problem solve and I keep getting lost so have been finding it best to not even leave my home unless I have to.
