Very bad customer service. I have waited for my order more that 2 weeks and there was not any reply from them. I have try to call several times and sent emails and taught it was spam. Then I have read, that this company does not have very good reputation. I will not buy from them again.

Back in October, I bought a wetsuit and boots (5/10).
Unfortunately it did not suit my sport (windsurfing), so I returned them again 15/10.
From package trace I can see the package has been delivered to the right address: Ctra. de Málaga, 5, 04002 Almería, Spanien

I have e-mailed and phoned you several times - but no answer at all !!
I can see from e-mail verification that you have read ny mail.

BUT still I have NOT received my refund 🙁
